Friendly staff. My massage was good, my masseuse breath unfortunately was not fresh. My first time having a facial - AMAZING. Ta'Kala was very professional, gave my great tips and recommended a dermalogica product that is keeping my skin so moisturized. I'll definitely be back for a facial. Enjoy!

I cannot sing Tina’s praises enough! Her facials, her customer service, and her care are the reason why I keep coming back. I unfortunately had to cancel my membership due to a move, but I will never forget the high level of care and consideration Tina always gave me. She truly is such a wonderful and valuable member to their staff!!! Definitely see her for your facial needs! She’s the best!

I came in for a facial at Hand and Stone Elmhurst and I saw Robyn, she was so pleasant, kind, caring and friendly! She listened to my needs asked all the right questions and did an AMAZING job. I have never been more relaxed, the massage was my favorite part but overall she was gentle on my skin during the entire service. She also recommended a skincare routine tailored to my needs which is exactly what I needed! I will most definitely be back to see Robyn and I recommend you book YOUR facial with her as well. I had a massage with Charles. I felt really comfortable and he listened to me about the areas I wanted to work on and the amount of pressure. Front desk person was very pleasant and informed me of the monthly plans without being pushy or overly sales-like. They had complimentary hot tea and coffee in the lobby as well. Wonderful!!!
